Welcome to John’s Murals. I have enjoyed expressing myself through the art of painting my entire life. Murals are an awesome composition through which I can incorporate your sense of style and design to encompass the theme of your room.

Creating beautiful sculptures for your food event is my specialty. I can transform a banquet table into a beautiful feast for the eyes. I’m glad God gave me artistic ability to work with food, so that I’m not a starving artist.

As typical for the arts, I also enjoy photographing several different subjects including landscapes as well as people. I typically will photograph weddings as the floating camera man. I am known for getting excellent shots that are not posed. These are the moments in life that are most memorable. I thoroughly enjoy capturing hugs, laughs and the most unexpected thrills in life that cannot be planned.

Painting big pictures and murals is fun for me. What I like about painting in some ones home is listening to there story to what they want in their mural. The ocean view they miss from moving to Illinois, or from their favorite vacation spot to a sail boat that he used to man when he was young. Painting on windows in front of people is fun too just not permanent. Holiday fun scenes’ winter trees, Easter bunnies, flowers, it is great to hear the comments and add their ideas to the work.

I have a long way to go to in learning what can be created by my hands I just need to be inspired to do more.
